Your relaxing vacation is here! Private Cottage with a huge deck. Wonderfully furnished with plush linens, beach towels/chairs. A great nights sleep with a king-size bed and pull-out couch which serves as 2nd bed. Private kitchen and bath. TV and fast WIFI. We are located in a historic and quiet neighborhood in DT Bradenton. There are 3 villas on our large corner property. Off street parking. Quiet times are between 10PM until 8:00AM. Please respect others. Walk to many great restaurants!
The Seahorse Cottage is located on a large lot 2 blocks from downtown Bradenton, royal palm tree lined streets and front yard views of the Manatee River. Birds sing with calm coastal breezes. Off street parking, and large deck with several seating areas. Close to world renowned beaches. Mini-split system provides AC and heat which you control.

The Seahorse Cottage is for your exclusive enjoyment. Private entrance and space. The large backyard deck is a shared area with 2 other cottages on this large property. Laundry area is available for stays longer then 5 days upon request. You are responsible for your own laundry supplies.
We do not want to disturb you during your vacation, but if you need us, do not hesitate to reach out. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in unit. Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

With beautiful views of the Manatee River and situated steps from Mineral Springs Park and the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk, you have quick access to fishing, dining, shopping, beaches, gardens, and historical sites. This newly updated villa is one bedroom (with queen size bed) one bath with walk in tiled shower and fully functional stocked kitchen. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with palm trees and a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool. While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. Or check out Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island which also has many shops and old Florida charm.
