Extremely Disappointing Stay – Bed Bugs, Bad Smell, and No Customer Care I’ve stayed at this Travelodge many times in the past, but after this visit, I won’t be returning. When we arrived, the room smelled absolutely awful — musty and unclean — and things only got worse from there. We discovered bed bugs — we saw three — which was horrifying and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to reception, and while the lady there moved us to another room nearby, the damage was already done. I took photographs and reported the issue to the Travelodge office team, expecting it to be handled professionally. Instead, I received a dismissive response with no apology, and they basically implied I wasn’t telling the truth — despite having clear photographic evidence. To top it all off, our key cards kept failing throughout the stay, meaning I had to make repeated trips to reception while managing a 2-year-old toddler. As a loyal customer who’s stayed here many times before, I’m deeply disappointed. It’s clear Travelodge has no regard for repeat customers or basic standards of hygiene and service.

Stayed here alot close to main bus route for leeds and Halifax. The rooms are clean and tidy all staff are great especially Manuela who always makes sure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need while you're there wouldn't book anywhere else when staying in Bradford

Nice litle hotel, suitable for families with children. Friendly staff. Price matches the quality, confortable beds . Happy to come back next time when visit again my family. Coffe ,tea and milk available any time.Kristine very helpful and frendly
