The activities here were awesome. The people who work with the kids were really fun and nice, especially Tio Bob. I came here for my sister's graduation trip and it was really nice. The water park also has a nice vibe. It's really spacious here and the rooms were really nice

REZA PRA VC N PRECISAR CANCELAR A RESERVA. Estou tentando cancelar um mês e 20 dias antes da data reservada. E eles querem me roubar. Fiz 1.638,00 de sinal. a multa diz q é de 30 por cento do valor pago. MANDEI EMAIL E N ME RESPONDREM. LIGUEI.. Marcela me disse que ia me mandar whats ai me vem com uma conta absurda. Valor da reserva 3.274,00 - multa de 30 por cento da 982,38 eu ja paguei 1.6038 me sobra 655,52. MAS A MULTA DEVIA SER EM CIMA DO SINAL NÉ??? Mas eles querem roubar. Não indico esse hotel.. Pq um lugar que é so é bom pra reservar e pra cancelar é esse transtorno não é legal né. Eles não pensam no cliente. E problemas todos podem ter. Então pensem bem antes de reservar com eles.

Gostamos de toda a infra do hotel, a comida é maravilhosa, diversificada, atende todos os gostos, a recreação super divertida para as crianças e adultos. Os Quartos sao confortáveis, camas macias, chuveiro sensacional. Funcionários atenciosos. Aqui conseguimos descansar e curtir. Sempre com gostinho de quero mais.

Eu acretido que voces possam melhorar a área do pesqueiro e dar uma investida em infra estrutura para que o hóspede possa ter acesso de carro ate o lago. Os outros hotéis que eu ja fui essa área de pescaria esportiva é muito requisitada e é uma diversão muito agradável e satisfatório. Fora isso o hotel é perfeito em todos os outros aspectos a comida é sensacional e o s colaboradores muito atenciosos.

Esse foi a nossa 5 vez no hotel, é maravilhoso, desde dos funcionários do hotel até a recreação, o ponto alto do hotel. Todos são incríveis. A comida é maravilhosa, tudo fresquinho e de muita qualidade. Vale muito a pena, Um ambiente muito familiar.

O pessoal da recreação é muito animada e atenciosos Tio pateta Tio Havaí Tio bob Tio chokito Tia miojo Tia macarrão Tia cereja Tia bombom A comida é muito boa os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis. Passamos dias incríveis. Só um ponto que acho que tem que melhorar é oferecer água potável, disponibilizar um filtro para abastecer as garrafas com água!

Excelentes acomodações, limpas e espaçosas, especialmente o chalé. Cozinha com enorme variedade. Tudo muito bem preparado e saboroso. Piscinas limpas e adequadas para crianças pequenas. Equipe de animação muito atenciosa e divertida. Um lugar ótimo de maneira geral, e bem voltado para a família.

Que Hotel Maravilhoso, espaçoso, organizado e com muita comida boa! A Recreação é Top Demais... Tio BOB, Tio Choquito...quanto carisma, alegria e disposição!! Foram dias inesquecíveis !!!
