Cannot fault the staff they were lovely friendly and really helpful and made our stay. The hotel itself could do with a revamp even if it’s just to install air con. We’ve stayed at a couple of premier inn’s in Essex and it’s always sweltering when we do. The room was clean and the shower was good, also plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast at the neighbouring establishment was ok. Probably not worth the price charged if I’m honest. But as I said the staff made our stay, they were all extremely helpful and nice.

The customer service makes this place a very enjoyable stay. The manager, Caz I believe, excellent to talk to, can’t do enough for you. Rooms very clean and well made. Have recommended this place purely because of the welcoming of the happy staff. Happy staff makes a stay much better

Stayed here with friends for one night, check in and out process was very easy. This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms. Rooms were well cleaned. The Staff are very friendly, and they make you feel very welcome. I would definitely come back again.

Me and my wife stayed at the premier inn on the night of our wedding and we had the most amazing experience, after an amazing day and an amazing wedding we arrived back to flowers and chocolates in our room and a card from the team!! I must say I can’t fault the hotel in any way and we would definitely stay again!! Front of house staff were so welcoming and Carolyn made sure our stay was as amazing as possible! We thank the premier in team for the part they played on our special day! Thank you Michael + Hannah

Plenty of parking, missed the entrance in the evening dark as appears straight off a round-about and no visible signage. Warm welcome from staff, quick check-in however was very disapppinted that no cot was available even though this was requested when booking. Room was very cold and did not warm up. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great hotel, have stayed a few times and each time the service is better with added extras. We went over Easter and the children were spoilt with little Easter treats and an activity bag to enjoy. The staff were lovely and the room was set up perfectly and cleaned to a high standard.

Friendly staff, comfortable place to lay your head when you’re away. Good food and quiet, relaxing environment. We always stay here when visiting the area or friends who live locally and we have never had a bad experience yet, so we will always choose this Premier Inn but one small criticism is some rooms could do with a re-fresh.
