Great rental! This is an exceptional rental. It is as advertised. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. It’s rare to have full sets of flatware and plates/bowls/mugs. It’s close to a great seafood place (Lenny’s), and only a few houses away from the water. Be careful backing out of the driveway, because people speed around that corner by the water.

Family Reunion As a suggestion, for two seniors, a bar in upstairs shower would have been very helpful. Also second floor bathroom door had no lock and would not stay closed. But enjoyed first floor amenities very much. Loved location.

Cute house in a great location My husband and I were in Branford for a wedding and stayed at Dan’s house. The location was great, close to the wedding venue and the water. The house was clean and perfect for a couple or family.

Adorable house! This place is terrific! Everything I needed was there—and then some more! Great location with the beach a block away; Lenny’s restaurant (the best seafood!) a 2-minute walk. Branford is a cute shoreline town, on I 95, so access to other sites is so convenient.
