"The location is good. I am not a fan of staying on the *****, the traffic is to much. Decent place for the price. I would not plan on eating the hot breakfast, it was terrible. Gravy was slightly flavored water. Kids enjoyed the pool, but they had no towels in the tote, even though worker said they were there. I was overall happy with place for the price I paid."

"The shower was not clean and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty and needs to be scrubbed and the hair cleaned up in the corners. The first bed we rolled down had a very long black hair and also a pubic hair laying on top of the white sheet. If the sheets were changed from the previous patron, I don’t know how the housekeeping staff could have missed that, so I assume the previous Patron made the bed and house keeping never changed that bed. We checked the other bed and it appeared clean so we slept in that bed. "
"It was a cute hotel and it served our purpose! A little dated but the rooms were clean and the price was great. We spent a minimum amount of time in the room, nothing more then just to basically sleep and shower so we didn’t need nothing fancy.
I would stay there again 🙂"

"Quality Inn West was perfectly located within walking distance of the show I saw in Branson, MO. The place and my room were clean and totally accessible to me. The room is somewhat dated but that’s not an issue for me. There were plenty of USB and regular outlets to plug my stuff into. I unfortunately slept through the free breakfast each day so I don’t know how that was, but I had an excellent stay at this hotel."

Great
TThompsonBrendaRoom was ready upon checking in.
Fruit cobbler and cookies were available in addition to soft serve ice cream.
Breakfast was filling and offered a variety of. I think most everyone would find something to enjoy.
We stayed 2 nights and our room was clean and looked nice both days. Checking in and out were quick and efficient.
GGuest UserI was pleased with the hotel. It was a nice place to stay. The only problem I had, was I booked a mobility room however when we arrived at the hotel we did not get a mobility room. They said that going through a third party to book, you don’t always get what you booked. I was disappointed about that.

GGuest UserWe loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!
GGuest UserGreat location. Right next to the Tangers Mall. Friendly front desk staff!. However , the breakfast is not so impressive, just the basic stuff. Bathroom is very small. If you’re a tall or big person, don’t book their room. Bed is very comfortable though .

GGuest UserThe rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.
GGuest UserHot breakfast was nice (self made waffles), biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage. Also had options for cereal, oatmeal, and toast. The only downside was the numerous flies that were on the property and kept getting into the rooms. We counted and killed 5 flies during our one night stay.
GGuest UserFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.
