Somewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.
Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.
The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.
