Perfect stay, very helpful staff

Just checked into Ana Hotels Sport in Poiana Brașov, and I must say what a warm, elegant welcome! The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a beautifully arranged table full of thoughtful complimentary treats: fresh fruits under a glass dome, fine sparkling water, premium chocolate, and a personal touch of handwritten care. It felt less like a hotel check-in and more like being welcomed home after a long journey. Special thanks to General Manager Laura Ursu for this unforgettable gesture. It’s rare to find such hospitality that speaks directly to your heart. As a Google Local Guide, I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world but this one truly stands out for its authenticity, class, and the little details that make a big difference. Deserves 5-Star, cozy vibe, only complaint that the jacuzzis were quite cold, other than that it's beautiful

Positiv: Das Hotel ist sauber und modern. Der Pool ist wunderschön Der Masseur wahr unglaublich gut und erfahren. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich jemand massiert der es gelernt hat Das Abendessen war toll! Negativ: das Frühstücksbüffet recht simple Das Personal am Empfang sehr kurz angebunden und kühl. Keinerlei Informationen zum WLAN, Frühstückszeiten, Schwimmbad etc. Alles musste man erfragen und hatte dabei das Gefühl zu stören. Schade..

Rooms are good, clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is staple, no drinks except water, and later coffee. Nothing is self-service, you need to be patient and wait to be serviced seeand the staff are few. The hotel and the restaurant are combined with a petrol-station. Located next to the highway/ring road aroun Brasov the hotel is very convenient as a stop-over, but very inconvenient if you are on a coach and visiting the city as there is no public transport, just taxi.
