Such nice innkeepers! And a bespoke breakfast to boot. I hope I'm back in Brattleboro soon so I can spend another night at the One Cat B&B. Next time I hope to meet the cat.

A colourful, friendly hideaway a short walk from the centre of town. We had some mobility issues, but Pat and Conrad went out of their way to be helpful and obliging to resolve the problem. You don't have to enjoy the company of cats - they can be restricted to their quarters if you have allergies - but for cat loonies like us they're just further encouragement to stay!

Excellent place to stay!
This is an awesome B&B! Pat and Conrad are great hosts and they live on site so they are available if you need anything. The room was clean and very spacious. There was comfortable seating in addition to the bed. The room had it's own Keurig machine and it's own AC/heat system. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Several food and drink options to consider. Also, Conrad bakes his own bread. I had the maple oat bread which was so good. This was my first time in Brattleboro. I will definitely stay at the One Cat next time I am there!

Homey experience
Homey experience within walking distance of downtown Brattleboro. Excellent breakfasts. The homemade English muffins were a real treat.

This was our third visit to The One Cat and each time has been a pleasure. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and breakfast is something to look forward to in the morning. Pat and Conrad are excellent host!

Perfect location near downtown Brattleboro. Convenient, easy walk to shops, restaurants, museums.
Pat and Conrad were warm, welcoming hosts. Conrad's homemade bread was delicious. I'm returning in October for his homemade English muffins and for some leaf peeping in the Green Mountains and the White Mountains just across the river.
My room was very comfortable, with a comfy loveseat tucked under the corner windows for a perfect reading nook and what was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Marvelous house with comfortable rooms, that included a wide variety of books and games in the public rooms. Clean and lovely in all ways. Most flavorful breakfast I have eaten in a long time.

Within waking distance of downtown! The hosts were amazing and put together the most delicious breakfast. Fresh ingredients and homemade breads. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, had everything you could need. You will love it at the One Cat!!!
