"It is impressive how seriously the hotel takes the 3pm check in policy. The room I was given was the one on the far right and I had to walk a lot in the hotel because it's a huge hotel. There are also two flights of stairs. Didn't the front desk see me with my huge suitcase? Glad he might think I'm young. The gentlemen at the front desk are still very enthusiastic. The room is also big enough. The location of the hotel is also good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Yingren Beach. The hotel does not have a parking lot and needs to be parked on the side of the road. The breakfast is very rich."

"Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent."

"Excellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return."

"It's a very nice accomodation for families with small children. The beds were hard but the rest of the accommodation and park was amazing. We were in the family area in a senior family suite and this was renovated/looked very nice. The all inclusive is as good as can be expected from all inclusive. They have around 5 themes in the restaurants so the variety of the food is good. The quality of the food as well. The only things that would make it even better would be a slide of some sort and maybe a small pool bar by the family area. It's only a 2 minute walk to the main pool bar, but if also have to keep an eye on the kids;)"

"El resort es increíble! Hemos disfrutado como niños! Zonas comunes muy bien y preparadas! La habitación es espaciosa igual que el baño. La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia más acogedora. No se escuchaba nada de ruidos que para nosotros es un un prescindible. Estuvimos en la 5 planta. La única pega, por decir algo, es que te dan de cortesía unas muestras de gel y champú pero cuando lo necesité, en recepción, me dieron. Centro comercial muy cerca. Además que el hotel tiene supermercado, gym, mini golf , pista de tenis y te dejan toallas para la piscina!! Tambien hay v un servicio de minibus gratuito que a cada hora te acerca a la playa de Maspalomas! Es increíble! Muy recomendable! Repetiremos!"

"I only have one small criticism: The acoustics and atmosphere in the large dining room are not pleasant, as all the walls are bare. This could be improved with little effort. It simply does not do justice to the rest of the hotel. Otherwise, I can only say that this hotel sets new standards in quality and service in Maspalomas! It was not only renovated like many other hotels, but completely refurbished and brought up to new building standards! And I know what I'm talking about - I've been going to Maspalomas every year for 20 years and know many hotels! A lot of money has gone into this. I would just like to name a few highlights: - the fastest WiFi I've had in Maspalomas so far (speed test showed all the way up); perfect for working remotely and making video calls smoothly - the gym is amazing and free for hotel guests (see ”Stark Fitness Club”) - there are only comfortable Bali beds by the pool - breakfast and dinner are super varied and of very high quality (bread selection like in Germany with wholemeal bread, etc.). You can also book the evening buffet on site for €25 if necessary. - bathroom is huge and has a double sink - you can choose between several lighting moods on the bedside table and there are very good reading lights - rooms are larger than average - noisy at the back towards the street but the windows are completely soundproof. You can't hear anything and the air conditioning is very easy to control - free room safe with interior lighting and big enough for notebooks - kettle, free coffee - all the staff seem happy and are extremely friendly etc. etc. etc."

"We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend"
