أفضل فنادق آخن مع فطور

موقع رائع، مرافق نظيفة. بركة السباحة كانت مغلقة وهو أمر مفهوم. كان مكيف الهواء في الغرفة لا يبرد بالقدر الكافي وكان مشدودا في الليل. بشكل عام، لا توجد شكاوى حول التجربة.

Good hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

This place was amazing. The staff are all so friendly. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the rooftop with the stunning views of Aachen as it was raining…will definitely come back next time.

The staff was not really friendly when we arrived in the evening...

The hotel has a great location, super close to the train station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (they stored our luggage for free!). However, our room had a strong smell of smoke, possibly from the bathroom or window. Also, it was a bit noisy at night, which also made sleeping difficult.
