Both my partner and I really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time here as we were at a Bressingham Hall for a wedding. However, the small amount of time we did spend here was pleasant. Hosts are very welcoming and informative. We stayed in the double bedroom just off from the communal area and it was quiet and clean. Had everything we needed and a lovely view out into the garden.
The breakfast served has to be the best I’ve had in a very long time! Would thoroughly recommend including breakfast within your stay. Being able to eat this in the main houses summer room was a pleasant surprise also!

Comfortable / lovely. Don’t arrive early though
I went to Diss to see friends & colleagues. On arrival no one was there to meet me as I had arrived early. There was no way of contacting the proprietor. They were on holiday, their adult daughter & son in law were taking care of bookings/stays. I had to wait for them to come home from work. The son in law was the first to arrive and was friendly & apologetic. The daughter arrived and she was equally lovely. The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a fantastic sleep & enjoyed my stay.

Back again and it feels like my home from home now. This gem of a place is a great find. It's cosy and clean. Martin and Ginny are great hosts who are there if you need them, but give you your space. I'm looking forward to coming back, and maybe seeing how it is in the summertime. Highly recommended. Great value. Perfect. Steve

Have stayed before so knew what to expect. The owners are very easy to get on with plus very polite and friendly. Best part of the stay is the English breakfast which is superb all of the trimmings. The breakfast is worth 5 stars alone.

Home from home
We stayed for one night in the double room. It was like home from home. Ginny made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Bed was super comfy, shower was hot and tea and coffee in the room.
Ginny also gave us recommendations of where to eat which we really appreciated. Oh and the breakfast was delicious!! Definitely stay again

Beautiful b&b
Wonderful place to stay, so quiet and peaceful (apart from the cockerel next door once or twice)
Felt like deep countryside but only just outside Diss. Recommend.
