Une horreur
J’ai déjà déposé un commentaire qui as était effacé. L’hôtel m’a aussi demandé de l’effacer, en m’offrant des petits déjeuners en échange (j’ai refusé)
Même si le personnel est très sympathique, l’hôtel est sale (des taches non identifié) le linge de lit usé et les serviettes de couleur jaune. L’aire de déchargement de la lessive et les camions de nourriture sont devant les fenêtres des chambres (4h et 4h45 du matin) Les salles de bain n’ont pas de porte. Impossible de discuter avec le directeur qui n’est pas du tout arrangeant (j’ai du partir avant la fin de notre voyage car mes enfants n étaient pas à l’aise). Il n’a pas voulu faire un geste commercial sur les nuitées non faites. J’essaye de me faire rembourser via hôtel.com mais ce n’est pas gagné.

On our way back to Portugal, we stopped for a night at the Sure Hotel by best western in Montauban. This is the first time we stay in this hotel. Very nice hotel, with a very quiet location, sufficient private parking, beautiful and spotless rooms. The breakfast was also very good, left nothing to be desired. What is not present is a restaurant, if one would consider that a minus. But there are certainly a few restaurants in the vicinity, you can't have everything. For us a new experience that was more than positive, and a good location for our next trips, we will gladly go back.

2 bémols dans mon cas personnel : espace travail trop petit et les oreillers méritrait d’être un peu plus gros
