Fantastic Ocean front views from this nicely equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Master has a king bed, full ensuite bath, HUGE walk in closet. Guest room has a queen / with remote elevating head. There is NO POOL at this time but is in process of bids May 2025 update. fully stocked kitchen equipped with all appliances. Location is easy and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, 7-11 across the street. It is a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral where you can watch the big cruise ships come and go or a little further to watch the rockets soar from NASA/Kennedy space center. This Corner unit allows for ocean views from kitchen, both bedrooms, living room and dining room. Pack n play also available for infants. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. There is one designated parking spot under front canopy for you, #32. Small dogs are allowed, under 30 lbs with 25.00 per day pet fee. Pets must be free of fleas and on leashes when not in unit. please pick up after your pet and please keep off furniture. There is Easy self-access with lock box to main door located in south garage and keypad code to unit which will be provided at time of check in. Loss of key cost is 25.00 from the HOA. Note: IMPORTANT: UPDATE FROM HURRICANE NICOLE: On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit hard by Hurricane Nicole. The seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result, the entire back portion of our building grounds had to close and has to be rebuilt. There is still no pool, but bids are being gathered, and designs are in the works. There is now new beach stairs, and beach access from the building. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this! There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May. (Hallway ceilings are completed!) all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience.
