Location is everything! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this guesthouse located one block from downtown Brevard. Located at the former historic Red House Inn, this home has everything from a soaker tub, fireplace, towel warmer, kitchenette, rocking chair porch, king sized bed & pull out twin sofa. Only 1 block from Main St. shops/restaurants/coffee shops/music venues. The Ecusta Trail is also across the street. Cyclists are welcome to use our bike wash and access our private bike storage area.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

We had the most wonderful visit to Probart House. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and in a great location. Sasha was also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Hiking vacation
This was a lovely place in a prime location. The space itself was really pretty with a comfy bed and fabulous bathroom. Walking distance to town and so many restaurants and coffee shops. It was a great base to drive to various hiking trails. We’ll definitely be back!!

Perfect weekend getaway
Great location to local restaurants, brewery and music venue and hiking. Very well appointed decor and super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive in communication and very kind. We couldn't have asked for a better place. stay.

Great location and private
We went fly fishing and hiking. It was a great location within walking distance to all the downtown Brevard restaurants. It was a beautiful property.

Repeat stay
Convenient location a few blocks from downtown shops and restaurants. EV charging is a short walk from the property and you can park there overnight.
