Very nice and accommodating staff, especially the front desk staff and the room cleaners! The hotel is in need of an update, not well maintained, however, clean rooms. Outside area, very worn, and not maintained. I would NEVER, EVER stay again nor recommend to anyone. Many newer, more well-maintained hotels i.e. Hilton Garden, Best Western Plus Bport, Hawthron Suites.

Just another waste of a Towneplace. Loads of potential, and ruined by out-of-touch ownership/management. A highly unpleasant stay, and one that I cut short after only about 12 hours. The lobby was obnoxious. We stood there for 5 minutes at check in with their trashy music playing, in competition with yet another audio source - a television. Incredibly stressful, and way too long of a check in process for a lobby like this. This is a hotel that supports mobile keys, but won’t even allow mobile check in for Titanium members, apparently. That being said, I would’ve been fine with waiting in the lobby, if the atmosphere was decent and peaceful. We got to our suites, and of course, a television was both turned on and playing audible content, in both rooms. Such trash. It’s unfortunate to see hotels with such immense potential being managed/owned by those who are seemingly devoid of common sense. How can anyone possibly think that’s desirable, or even appropriate? The luggage carts were junk, and could hardly be maneuvered when loaded, with their soft, pneumatic rubber wheels. The carts had solid metal signs, asking guests to return them immediately, dangling loosely from the top bars. We took the sign off of our cart and left it on the floor in the entryway. I wanted a luggage cart, not a noisemaker. The shower in my suite was backed up as soon as I got there. Not a little - not like “maybe it just started to get clogged” - but a LOT. It barely drained at all. As soon as I turned the faucet on, the bathtub started filling. I took a 15 minute shower with the drain plug fully open. The water in the bathtub was filled past my ankles. How long were they ignoring that, for it to have gotten to such a point? Neither of the queen beds in my suite were even properly on their frames. Both of them were hanging off of their metal frames (on the floor) by several inches… so on one side of each bed, the edge of the metal bed frame just stuck right out. I’ve never seen this at any hotel. It almost seemed deliberate, but why? I could hear the television of a neighboring guest, prominently, at midnight, in bed, with ear plugs on. This place apparently applied no soundproofing tactics whatsoever during construction. Overall a horrible place to stay. We checked out at about 4 AM, and got a full refund on this excuse for a stay. They refunded half of our points initially, then one of their staff members trashed one of our rooms and tried to blame it on us. After several weeks and the intervention of Marriott Corporate, they finally refunded the other half. No compensation for the false accusations. Their GM did not even follow up with me, after several requests to speak with him, until the corporate office got involved. Disgusting.

This was the worst hotel stay experiences I have ever had. All because of the staff. DO NOT stay here!

Clean

I booked a a king studio room with a bathtub. When I arrived at the property and into my room, there was no bathtub, just a walk-in shower. I kindly walked down to the front desk and mentioned that the room I was put in did not have a tub. I was simply told from the front desk staff “our king rooms don’t have tubs”. And I said, “your website as well as Expedia’s website states that the room I book has a bathtub.” I was told the ONLY option was to cancel my room with ******* and pay the one night charge for the wrong room and re-book through the hotel for a room with a tub. I was absolutely not going to pay for 2 rooms for one night, one of which was falsely advertised. ******* also did not remedy this situation as I was only provided a $40 comp for an upgrade but would have to pay the additional 1st nights stay out of my own pocket when it simply was not my fault. The hotel staff was very rude and offered NOTHING even after I explained that I specifically booked that hotel and that room because of the bathtub since I had my small child with me who only takes baths. Additionally, when I arrived at the hotel I asked what time the indoor pool was open. I was told it’s closed and to use the pool next door. The website never advertised that the pool was currently closed, which is yet another reason why I initially booked this hotel. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel, the staff, and their lack of accommodation towards guests. I will never return.

The staff was amazing & welcoming as soon as you get through the door! Rooms are perfect, & Jamie was so sweet!! Breakfast was good there was so many options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back for another visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
