The kitchen table seats 4, and has a butterfly leaf that extends the table to seat 6. The outdoor areas include a beautiful new front deck made of modern composite materials and vinyl railings where you can enjoy ocean breezes (and sounds if the wind conditions are right) and a small peek of oceanview and new back covered deck with table seating and a comfortable outdoor couch. There is a convenient Weber Gas Grill on the back deck perfect for grilling up your afternoon BBQ or evening meal. There is a decadent spa-like enclosed outside shower, with hot & cold water and multiple nozzles, perfect for after a long day on the beach, boating or golfing.
