door was broken and no one was in the reception.

Had the worst stay of my life. My partner and I stayed over pride weekend i. September, the photos instantly were not what was advertised on the website, we were shocked and disgusted at the state of the bathrooms and dirty mattresses outside the window. Staff were clueless and didn’t even bother to put toilet rolls in the bathroom. When we said there was none we were asked to take up some rolls which we said no to. Hardly slept due to bed and nightclub situated underneath which was not advertised. Have taken the issue up with external sources who managed to secure a refund which we are STILL waiting for. Hotel won’t acknowledge my emails or answer the phone. DO NOT STAY HERE

Generally an ok hotel and well worth the money .... sure there are some issues and it could do with some tlc. ...but on the whole it is a hotel ideally situated close to the beach ( Middle street literally means between the two piers ) ... am planning to book this hotel again with my Bro.

A kettle but no cups! A kettle.but no cups, no plug to be anle to have a bath and generally quite dirty. Having said that- i would go again but take a plug and a cupnas the location was perfect

Do not stay here Very poor, just a bed in a room, kettle stank and no cups or anything to make a coffee. Dirty carpet, very old and musky smell. Bathroom poor and stained. I would not recommend and definitely not worth £77. Personally this hotel should not be open.
