咋看之下房間還不錯，我們習慣性一進酒店就先用自己帶去的food grade等級的消毒液消毒，但是當我想要放下東西時，發現兩張床單都有污跡，讓我有點兒不適😬；之後用濕紙巾擦拭side table時，竟然一抹就是厚厚的灰塵，我們一家三口拿着濕紙巾把房間裏的所有櫥櫃和桌子都擦了一遍，每一張濕紙巾都是黑黑的，把一包濕紙巾都擦完了😬🥲 而後再進浴室，放蓮蓬頭的部件一部分掉落，蓮蓬頭都掛不住；洗手盆、馬桶等等，整間浴室和陽台都充滿歲月的痕跡😭😭 除了一入住的時候跟櫃枱要了3支礦泉水是直接拿到的，之後再去要兩三次都是需要過後工作人員送來房間，原因是沒有存貨 早餐選擇是不少，但是並不算素食友善，因為主食衹有椰漿飯和炒米粉/炒麪（第一天的炒米粉沒有肉類，但第二天的炒麪有魚丸），椰漿飯的配料和辣椒有蝦米或江魚仔，其他配菜都是葷菜。衹有麪包、銅鑼燒和沙拉適合素食。位置是靠近許多景點，但是要習慣進出都要堵車 這家酒店是女兒上網看其他人推薦的，她第一次幫忙找酒店，資料還顯示在2023年重新裝修，不然我都不會選擇這家這麼老舊的酒店。當時我不想表現得太失望讓她難過，衹好忍下來。

The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. Loved the view of the mountain from the balcony. Other than that, I felt the room needed to be spruced up more. For Eg, new paint work and plumbing for the shower as it frequently puddles while showering. The TV had only 1 channel-TV3, so if you wanna stay in the room to watch TV, you might be bored after awhile. Wifi was unstable at times too. The items provided ie tea sachets and cutlery provided in the kitchen were very basic. No teaspoon for you to stir your tea/coffee. No toothpaste or toothbrush. You would have to bring/buy your own. Generally, the stay was enjoyable for me as I was out of the hotel most of the time. Sufficient if you just need a place to shower and have a good sleep.

the cleanliness could be improved.i expect they will provide us with at least a microwave as we booked an apartment of 2 bedrooms.but sadly no. just basic amenities and suprisingly no tissue box or daily water bottles and towel changed.

櫃枱辦理服務不錯，服務員親切友善，Check-in 很順利。 住的是三人房，房間空間很大，還有露台，房間乾淨整潔，住得很安心。早餐的 Nasi Lemak 很好吃，最方便的是，酒店離 Kea Farm Market 很近，逛街買菜都方便。整體體驗很滿意，下次來一定還會再住！

I recently stayed at Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands. Booked 2 rooms for family and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Given the price paid, I expected a much better standard of service and facilities. Firstly, the room conditions were below expectations. The shower water pressure was very slow, the toilet bowl had a yellowish stain, and the towels appeared old and worn out. These details gave the impression that the hotel has not been well maintained. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public areas also need serious improvement. The toilet at the café was not properly cleaned, with puddles of water on the floor, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, the hotel's condition looked rather rundown. Another frustrating aspect was the breakfast policy. I booked a stay that included breakfast, only to find out upon arrival that it was an à la carte meal instead of a buffet. The hotel should have mentioned earlier. If I wanted the buffet breakfast, I had to pay extra—a policy I have never encountered in any hotel before. The buffet breakfast itself was mediocre and did not match the expectation of an "international breakfast buffet" as advertised. Overall, my stay at Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands fell short in many areas, from room maintenance to dining policies. With better management and improvements, this hotel could offer a far more pleasant experience. However, based on my first visit, I cannot say it was worth the price paid.

Selama saya kerap ke Cameron Highlands.. Ini la kali pertama sy dapat check in tepat pukul 3..selalunya berbanding hotel lain dapat check in awal... Itu pun tepat pukul 3 sy pergi lagi ke kaunter untuk bertanya bilik untuk sy check in sudah siap atau tidak..sedangkan customer kebanyakkan awal chevk out awal.. Saya juga check out awal pada keesokkan hari nya.. Pukul 11 sudah checkout.. Harap servis reception dapat ditambahbaik

Hotel pilihan setiap kali bercuti di cameron highland. Tak pernah lagi booking hotel lain cz strategic..

Bilik ok cuma berbau selimut dan cadar …kami diberikan bilik agak lewat tapi nasib ada free sarapan kerana terpaksa tunggu sehingga 7.30 malam utk c.in

I booked this trip one month in advance and guidelines said we can check in 3pm onwards. When we came to check in at 6pm, we waited 30 mins to be served then were told that the visitors before us checked out late hence it would take a few hours more. The reception lady told us we were 6 in the queue and they were under-staffed and was told to go sight seeing first. This is not a good enough excuse and exemplifies poor customer service. After speaking to the manager the manager said he will move us up to the first in queue and the room will be ready in 10 minutes. Due to maybe the rushed room service cleaning, when we went to our room the floor was very sticky and the basis amenities promised such as towels, toothbrush, floor mats were not in the toilet and we had to call room service to get them delivered. This took two attempts for them to deliver the correct amenities as they got it wrong the first time, delivering pillows and a comforter (not what we asked for). Hope the service of this hotel can be improved soon.

staycation 3d2n. very satisfied with the hotel.clean and tidy and services. location is nearby with attractive place. for the parking, 1st come 1st serve. but still can park at hotel and nearby the hotel. unfortunately, pool is not suitable for my kid. overall, very satisfied for this hotel. will go again in the future.

Due to school holidays. There were massive jams while travelling to each location .the house keeper were quite responsive thru WhatsApp.
