Location was superb. 10mins walking to Kea Farm. The rooms was ok with the price charged. Sunrise was really beatiful from level 12. Will come here again definitely

環境很好，度假村面積大，吃飯方便。房間設施正在翻新，如果遇到老舊的户型可以向前台要求換房，一般都會滿足。性價比超高

located near to kea farm.. famous place in Cameron Highlands.. walking distance to eatery and shopping area.. spacious room.. no aircond, only fan.. breakfast average.. u need to up rm 7 per person to upgrade to buffet breakfast..

Service is OK, checking is OK, great location and near to the area. OUR room at level 10, which quite good and able to see most the view. Love the sun set scenery.

Room was spacious, .top up for upgrade set breakfast to continental buffet breakfast. Cleaner might overlook the cleanliness for coffee table n sofa(picture as attached)

Room was clean and spacious. Looked as if a recent refurbishment had been done. But the king bed/mattress was a bit wobbly. And only 2 pillows were provided. Buffet breakfast was just okay. Location was excellent, within walking distance to Kea Farm. Many eateries available near the hotel. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

其他都沒有問題 就是忘記草莓放在冰箱 call了電話通知 在lobby等領取等了半小時

very good hotel and good service ，price also burget，just the playgroud facilities dint revenue，other things was good

KEA Farm walking distance. Brinchang car distance and grab available in the area. Nice surrounding and very hospitable staff. Clean room and clean bathroom. Most of the room light are combined plug point making it hard to work on combination of sleeping light. Great breakfast and choices as well. Free parking and convenient on B1 & B2 but parking from B3 is kinda scary with low light and dirty area.

I was pleasantly surprised with newly refurbished rooms including bathroom. Well lighted corridors. Plus point clean & comfortable bed with sufficient amenities. Overall, it is the above satisfactory service at the reception & coffee house. Only 1 negative point - Rooms were not ready on time & we had to wait an additional 2 hours despite informing ETA in advance.

First thing NO AIRCON is really disappointing, secondly the BREAKFAST I thought was a buffet, thirdly the room is old . My wife couldn't sleep at night because there was no Aircon, the weather was not cold enough too. Service staff overall were good and friendly,, breakfast served by set, not enough for us coffee were so so.. Hotel is more than 20 years doesn't change anything, use all old furniture..
