Overall great, we arrived late in the evening but had received an email with very clear instructions on how to self check-in. Good location and restaurants close by. Breakfast is offered in a local cafe and includes a pastry and a coffee. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bed was very very soft which is the reason for the 4 stars. Overall it's a good place to stay for one night if you fly into brindisi late at night. The host at reception was very helpful and suggested some places to see before we left brindisi. This was a nice touch.

Siamo una famiglia di 3 persone ed abbiamo trascorso 1 notte, la struttura si trova a 7 min a piedi dalla stazione e 1 min dal centro, nella piazza è presente un supermercato ed il bar convenzionato per la colazione. La stanza assegnata era pulita e di dimensioni superiori alle aspettative così come il bagno. Il titolare estremamente gentile e, dato il trascorso da docente di discipline letterarie, preparato sulla storia della città, ci ha gentilmente fornito un valido percorso per la visita della stessa nonché relativi ristoranti (no locali turistici). Very good rooms at a good price
The room was very good (we were given an upgrade.) it had tall ceilings , was spacious, modern decor, comfortable bed, a fridge to keep you own water cool, decent air con, a massive bathroom with rainfall shower. The staff also made it possible for us to store luggage for an hour or two after checkout which was helpful.
The only points for improvement would be the check in times extended to start at 3pm.

Abbiamo soggiornato in struttura un weekend,Sergio ci ha dato una bellissima Suite composta da due camere e un bagno molto grande. La struttura si trova sulla Piazza Cairoli e la suite affaccia sul fronte Fontana e sul lato di Corso Roma. Ambiente pulito e personale cordiale. Ci Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato

Collocazione comodissima ed ambiente molto gradevole. Bello l'affaccio sulla piazza Cairoli. Il sig. Sergio è stato preziosissimo per le indicazioni che ci ha dato sia sui luoghi da visitare che su dove mangiare. Un piccolissimo neo è stato il letto troppo basso ma comunque comodo. Colazione all'italiana ottima nel bar accanto.

The host sent a text on what’sapp to show us how to access the property, complete with a very helpful video, which was made check in a breeze. The room was spcious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend Cairoli Exclusive rooms and suites to all travelers in Brindisi.
