Bedroom #3 is located upstairs, Has a Queen bed as well as a Daybed with a pullout Trundle (Sleeps 2) This bedroom has a large sliding glass patio door that leads out onto its own deck overlooking the River! Bedroom #4 is a part of the Multipurpose room, Has a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds!**All the beds have brand new Memory Foam mattresses!! Multipurpose Room- This large room has a “second Living Room,” (2 couches and a recliner) that are set up complete with a fireplace and a 65” TV! Perfect for larger groups or kids to hang out in! Large shuffleboard will provide good entertainment and memories!!
