Broadbeach Savannah Resort

The hotel is the worst hotel in my 40 years hotel stay for the 4 stars accommodations. It is not only dirty, but also the service staff is rude. Believe or not, they don’t do daily room cleaning, no shampoo, no body wash liquids and no moisture cream and even no face tissue. We have buy shampoo ourselves and face tissue as they are essential for staying. Even worse, we have been told that there will be $3 per towel if we ask for a changing towel. Come on, it’s rating as 4 star hotel and it’s not air bnb!!!. I don’t know how it’s rated as 4 stars, I felt be cheated. The staff member told me that because they are cheap then I got what it is. I paid more than $250 Australian dollars per night for this. I thought I will get 4 star services, but….. If I pay $250 per night for 3 stars hotel, then it is very expensive in July in Gold Coast.

地點方便，是電車及公車起站，近海灘，超市。房間明亮，廚房衛浴用品都齊全，洗衣也方便。服務人員接待親切，有機會還會再來。
