Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road.
Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.
The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.
Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.
Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Lovely, cozy, well equipped apartment with stunning views of the sea! Gaynor and Barry are very friendly hosts with great hospitality! There's so many things to do in the area, so many wonderful bays with beautiful white cliffs and lovely beaches. Canterbury is easy to reach and the villages around the coast worth a visit!Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we were so sad to leave!

Barry and Gaynor should be incredibly proud of the wonderful haven they've built and hosted here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcomed by the pair of them. The apartment is immaculate and way better in real life than the photos would suggest. Outstanding
We had a great stay at Barry and Gaynor‘s. We loved the tastefully decorated apartment (which was spotlessly clean), the wonderful view from all the windows, the great hosts and we were really happy about being that close to the beach (private entry through the cliffs included). The kids were enthusiastic about the hot tub and the pinball machine.
We highly recommend the flat and if we ever go back to Broadstairs, we will definitely book the flat again.

Fabulous stay
I can’t fault this accommodation. It has everything you could wish for. A lovely welcome awaited us. Also provisions in the fridge and a loaf of bread and biscuits which was very thoughtful.
The apartment is spotless. Comfy sofas and very well equipped. A real home from home. The sea views and walks from the property were an added bonus.
