Large ground floor Seafront Victorian apartment in Broadstairs overlooking Stone Bay. Beautiful sea views, direct access to a beautiful Blue flag sandy beach, Broadstairs town centre is an easy 5-10 minute walk along the sea front. Sleeps a maximum of 4 with 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The property is easily accessed via the ground floor which makes it perfect for the elderly. We do allow well behaved dogs. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 22 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).We accept well behaved dogs and respectful owners!.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Short Stay in Broadstairs This property is in great location in the seaside town of Broadstairs. As promised it had a seaview. It is on the quieter side of the town but within a pleasant, short walk of the main town with its bars and restaurants. The property is clean and comfortable with plenty of crockery for those who want to eat in. The lounge spacious, although it took us a while to figure out the television, a guide would've been useful. The sofa and chairs comfortable and the decor interesting. I would recommend a stay here and we would consider returning.

It was one of the most romantic stays we have ever had anywhere in the world. We just loved having the place to ourselves and such a large and well furnished and appointed room it was too. We hope to stay there again next year.

Beautiful views Lovely, comfortable property with beautiful views out to sea. My family and I were comfortable here and everything within walking distance for us. Great communication with host which added to our lovely holiday. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Damp and unclean Dates were not correct on site, was due to arrive Friday, but had to check in on Saturday as property was being used, but had not been updated by owner. The apartment was not clean - cobwebs on walls, old contact lens on cabinet in bedroom, mugs were dirty, windowsills were dirty. There was damp in the main bedroom, with the paint peeling off and residue left on hands when touched. Wet room had dirty tiles around the toilet area. It looked as though the property had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The communication with the owner was quick, however, she did not see fit to refund any money for the damp or lack of cleanliness. The location of the property is great, literally across the road to the beach.

mini vacation We had a lovely stay at this property in Broadstairs. Fab views of the ocean and the apartment was light and airy and very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would def stay there again :)
