Abbots Grange Manor House

We stayed again in the Bishops Suite for 3 nights. The accommodation is excellent, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend Bishops Grange as a perfect place to stay if you're visiting this area of the Cotswolds. John and Julia

Abbots Grange Manor is a gem! Tucked just steps away from the bustle of Broadway, while being within a 2-minute walk from restaurants, shops and the lively village. AG was a relaxing, beautiful, and quiet place for my husband and I to stay for 4 nights as we walked some of the loveliest parts of the Costwolds Way. The history and attention to details at this one-of-a-kind manor are exceptional and this will be a stay we don't forget!

Our experience at Abbots Grange Manor absolutely exceeded any and all expectations. It truly has the best of everything. It's secluded, quiet, picturesque yet when you walk through the garden door you have all of Broadway at your disposal. We stayed in the Morris room which we loved. We took long walks, shopped, hiked to Broadway Tower, enjoyed the incredible breakfasts and marshmallow roasts outside by the fire in the evening. One of our favorite aspects was chatting with the staff and the owners. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. The manor has a fascinating history and we loved hearing about it. Thanks to all at Abbots Grange for an unforgettable experience!

The location is perfect for not only Broadway but all of the Cotswolds. It is very private yet located in the center of town. If you’re looking for old world charm, a staff that cares about your needs, and an overall great experience this is the place. The staff helped us setup an outdoor fire on a chilly night and even brought marshmallows for us to toast. Breakfast was included and very good with a wide choice food. It was one of the better locations we have stayed in iour travels of England.

Abbots Grange is a gorgeous, quiet haven from the moment you arrive. Staff are wonderful, especially Stacey who makes greeting and check-in seem effortless. This was our fifth visit and we opted for the Bishop’s Suite once again. So much space and comfort and very close to the wonderful Great Hall. Breakfasts are good with plenty of choice and several healthy options. Thumbs-up for always making our coffee pot extra-strong, as requested. A couple of minor things this visit which we did mention on check-out to a staff member: the rain-shower head in Bishop’s needs a jolly good de-scaling. It sprayed everywhere and was, directionally, pretty wayward and we also don’t welcome the fire pit gatherings after 10pm. As we walked past towards our suite some men were loud and drunk on two nights. I wouldn’t expect this after hours at such an otherwise peaceful hotel. Sorry.

The property is exactly what you imagine of a beautiful country get away. We stayed in the Carriage Room off the main house. The room was well designed and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, kind and met our every need. We can’t wait to return!
