Decent hotel, good spa, nice outdoor hot tub!

是一個度假村，酒店有很大的院子，前後風景很好。有游泳池，夏天來會很舒服。晚上有小酒吧，能喝點小酒，就是有點偏。早餐品種少了點。

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is tired and in desperate need of maintenance and basic cleanliness. My first room had a dirty bed, with visible stains on the mattress and quilt, and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I asked to move rooms, but the second one wasn’t much better — no mattress protector, just a sheet directly on the bed. I asked for one to be sent up, but nothing ever arrived. At that point, I decided to leave the hotel around 12pm without staying the night. This place is nowhere near a four-star standard — not in comfort, cleanliness, or service. It felt more like a neglected budget stopover than a professional hotel. Would not recommend, and certainly wouldn’t return.

From checking in with Caitlin who was very knowledgeable and helpful even with a queue behind us to checking out I don’t have a bad word to say. We stayed for our wedding anniversary ( room 80 ) which was amazing. The room was so big and inviting. We only wish we had booked 3 nights. Olivia in the pub was a lovely way to start our overnight journey. 2 guys in the main bar Jake and Joe I think their names were just magic. Star of the show for us both was Sue who was running the restaurant both at evening meal and morning after at breakfast, she got everything bang on as did chef with the most exquisite food served. We didn’t use the spa but it looked beautiful. We will be returning for definite

Arrived expecting to be in open countryside as i remembered it, however it looks like its in the middle of a housing estate, with the houses backing onto the hotel and clearly visible and overlooking the pool and spa area. On arrival we checked in and was provided with a room key, we had booked a cottage room. The room we were initially given was in the conference suite, NOT a cottage room at all. The room was small, dark and decrepit, in fact I have stayed in Contractors cheap B&B's which would have been better than this room, it was really underwhelming. So much so that this was to celebrate our Anniversary, staying in this room just wasn't going to happen. We immediately went back to the reception to complain about the room and to look for an upgrade, at which point we were told the hotel was full. I then suggested I wanted a full refund, which caused the the reception staff to state they'll see what they can do. We were then assigned a new room, which was a cottage room. The room was much better than the first, but still this looked very shabby, carpets looked minging, chairs absolutely grimy. This is not what you expect when you are paying over £125 for 1 night stay. The room overlooked the pub, the last drop. There was a fight outside that lasted around 40 minutes of swearing and shouting. Certainly not the peaceful experience i was expecting. After reading up on trip advisor about other peoples comments about the place, we decided to heed caution and did not even try the spa facilities as given the general overall condition of the place, I would not expect to find the pool and facilities any cleaner than the rest of the hotel. Reading about the pool and how dirty the water was and the fact that it was completely overlooking peoples houses, straight into their windows we just didn't fancy taking a chance. The meal selection on site in the last drop inn was woeful, no real food on the menu just a couple of token gestures like ham and eggs or fish and chips. I guess the intention would be that this is a pub and supposed to be quick food and that the main meals were in the main restaurant. Because of the poor experience, we were also hesitant to eat in the restaurant, and after a quick google search and finding out that a steak was priced at around £28 per person, we decided to go offsite. Again a disappointment, as we were looking forwards to some relaxing time and a nice meal. Once the pub emptied it did all quieten down and we did sleep okay. The breakfast in the morning was a joke, we arrived around 9:30 and was seated almost immediately and brought tea and coffee, the waitress tool our food order again very quickly and in a professional manner. And then we waited for almost 45 minutes, which might sound a bit petty to some people, but waiting for 45 minutes for a hotel breakfast is not acceptable. If we had been told it was going to take 45 minutes we wouldn't have bothered and left without it. The food itself was med
