Doesn't get much worse than this: it isn't extortion, just feels like it to me. If you intend to arrive after hours (9:30pm weekdays, 8:00pm weekends), after you initially book they then demand a photo of your drivers license, photo of your credit card and a photo of yourself, and want you to email or text them through. If you refuse, which you should given how unprotected your details are, they then don't let you stay but still charge your credit card the full amount. ACCC complaint incoming.

My first time there and the staff were so accommodating and the customer service was paramount. The room was clean. I had dinner both nights I was there, both meals were so delicious and affordable. Highly recommend. Will be back. Regards Michele.

An amazing establishment that went out of their way to accommodate our request for a meeting space. Supplied tea , coffee and water. Three delegates stayed overnight and were very comfortable. Access to and from the airport make this a superb location for those flying in. Highly recommend staying here, they could not be more helpful.

Clean, convenient with friendly staff.
A lift would be handy as I guess everyone probably has luggage to cart up the stairs.

Was a really late self check in and it all went smoothly. Exactly what I expected and would stay there again. Shuttle bus in the morning to airport $8 was great as well. Staff cheerful and helpful. Even have toothbrushes and shaving kits for sale.

Arrived in Adelaide unexpectedly. Diverted there from a cancelled flight. They fitted us in and came to pick us up. Hotel has a restuarant and is close to a corner store and take-out venues. We loved the service

No frills but comfy enough
The reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The location was outside of the inner city so perfect for the airport but not great for the city - $20 Uber to city one way.
The motel itself was defo no frills. Bed, tv, desk, shower with gels etc, kettle.
Not very sound proofed but comfortable enough.
We stayed 3 nights although probably more of a one night stay type place.
Lots of leaflets on things to do, a packed breakfast option available, and a fantastic ‘dial a taxi’ bell on front desk.

Très bien situé entre aéroport et plage, l’établissement est très propre, literie confortable mais surtout le personnel est très sympathique, prêt à rendre service et souriant.. un coin restaurant qui dépanne bien. Nous avons passé 3 nuits
