The house was built of high quality materials and has a number offacilities as well as a 35 m² large, sunny conservatory. There are 2bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower cubicles and one haswhirlpool and sauna. In the activity room you can enjoy the tabletennis, billiards, Nintendo Wii, PS3 and the exercise equipment. Thereis open concept living room and kitchen with i.a. American style fridgewith ice maker. From the spacious and bright living room as well fromthe conservatory you have access to the terraces and the lawn. One ofthe bedrooms has elevation beds, all bedrooms have TV. There is anoutdoor kitchen with fridge, hot/cold water and a gas burner. Openterrace surrounding the house. Level natural plot with swings, sandpitand a playhouse. There is also a fireplace, a brick grill and a gas wok. The area is designed for modern, busy families whowant peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like tohave the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and thedesire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost allequipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and amodern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot andaccess to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising drivingin the area.
