About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.
Guest access
You are free to use kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, and paddle boats. Life jackets are in storage box under back porch. Please return everything where you found them. This was our second time staying here and we love it! We think Ted is awesome and we love giving Bailey belly rub's. Perfect place for enjoying outdoors and all the comforts of home. Can't wait to go back!

Our family of six enjoyed our two night stay. We enjoyed the quiet area and the property was well kept and clean. Although we didn’t take advantage of the kayaks available, we plan to do so on our next visit. Thank you Ted for having us.
