Beautiful single-family house "Villa Bella", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Srbani 4 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 9 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 4.9 km, pebble beach 9 km, rocky beach 9 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: aquapark 3 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. The unit consists of 2 semi-detached houses rented as one unit. 9-room house 270 m2 on 2 levels. Everything is great, nice and clean house, perfect for 2 families who want to spend holidays together and still want a bit of privacy because there are 2 independent houses. The landlords are very nice and accommodating.
