Very beautiful agricultural estate "Hettegg Lehen", detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Gries 4 km from the centre of Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse, 15 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 10 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra), ski boot dryer. 1.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "Gries Im Pinzgau Bahnhof" 7.7 km, railway station "Gries Im Pinzgau" 7.7 km. Cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 8 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 8 km, Maiskogel - Kitzsteinhorn 11 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn 27 km. Nice people and a beautiful secluded house in the mountains, accessible by car over a steep road. House has been recently renovated and is neat. Beds are comfortable and the shower is great, so much hot water that the drain can't keep up

The house and the owners were just great! We were welcomed with homemade rolls and jam. The unique location of the house is great. If you need peace and quiet, this is the right place for you. Many thanks again to Monica for delicious cake and fresh milk
