"The hotel's location is excellent, with a reasonably priced and spacious parking lot nearby. It's also very close to the train station, with a connected walkway and elevator directly to the hotel. The walk to Bruges city center and attractions is a convenient 15 minutes. Both the hotel and the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the shower has good water pressure."

"The four bed room is very nice. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There are toilets and showers nearby. The hostile location isn't necessarily Central, but you can walk to the attractions in about 10 to 15 minutes. The bus stop is only about a 3 minute walk away. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant / bar is nice to have. There are other restaurants nearby as well."

"Let me start by saying the location is amazing. A short walk of a couple of hundred meters and you're right in the middle of the main square. That's truly fantastic. The room was fine. Just a good bed, bathroom, sink, and air conditioning. There was no wardrobe, which is a drawback. So, more or less what you'd expect, nothing special in our opinion. What's bad is the soundproofing. The first night, we were terribly bothered by noise from the upstairs neighbors. Huge thudding sounds even at 2 and 3 AM. The second night, we woke up to very loud talking on the street around 6 AM. The windows were closed, but it sounded as if they were open. And since there's no reception or anything, you can't do anything about it. Whether we'll book this again is doubtful. A good night's sleep is important. We had room 205, facing the street, which we definitely advise against! Our adult kids had 107 and 204. Room 107 is at the back and didn't suffer from street noise, but both rooms did have issues with the "upstairs neighbors." So, perhaps a tip would be to book a room on an upper floor at the back."

"كان فندق لطيف ومريح للغاية. تقع الردهة في الحانة على الجانب الآخر. استعمل الحمام المشترك 3 غرف في الطابق الذي ليس سيئاً للغاية. وكان أيضا حمام السباحة في الطابق العلوي. ومن السهل العثور على مكان حرارة في الشارع بالقرب من المبنى الرئيسي. هذا هو فندق ضخم بشكل مفاجئ لتناول الطعام في أحد المقاهي المجاورة. الموقع رائع أيضا - قريب من محطة القطار وتبعد حوالي 1 كم عن وسط المدينة والمنطقة المحيطة بالفندق لطيفة جدا والنظافة أيضا. .بالتأكيد سأبقى هنا مرة أخرى"

"I stayed here while sightseeing in Bruges. It's super convenient, being a hotel close to the station, just about a 5-minute walk from Bruges Station. The room was clean, and I was happy that the toilet and shower were separate. Amenities can be purchased at the front desk."

I reported this to staff on my departure and there appeared to be little interest, and certainly no urgency to resolve the issue. I emailed the hostel twice, on the 10th and then the 17th August to discuss the situation before posting this review but I have received no response."
