PESSIMO, UN INCUBO! il portone principale di ingresso era chiuso e la reception non rispondeva e sono rimasta ad aspettare senza risultati PER ORE durante la notte, stanza sporca in particolare il bagno, non consiglio per nulla è stata una pessima esperienza

Cozy Inn was perfect! The location is fantastic and it is a great value for the money. The check-in process was easy and the rooms are large and clean and then beds are comfortable. The manager Alex is always ready to help and the customer service is of the highest standard. I absolutely recommend!

Приехав в отель примерно в 20 часов, позвонили по указанному на двери отеля телефону и еще минут 30 ждали, пока работник появится на рецепции. После оформления он же нам сообщил, что в день нашего отъезда мы должны освободить номер в 10 часом. На наш вопрос, возможно ли оставить в отеле наши вещи до выезда в аэропорт (вылет был в 21 час 20 минут), он сказал, что нельзя. Пришлось потратить время на поиск места, где возможно оставить на это время багаж. Велико же было наше удивление, когда в день нашего выезда дежуривший в этот день на рецепции другой работник без проблем оставил наш багаж, сообщив при этом типа того, что не надо слушать разных (добавил на румынском не самое лучшее слово, но румынского языка мы не знаем) . Кроме того, дверь в туалет закрывалась настолько громко, что при ее закрытии мог проснуться весь этаж, мы ее попросту не закрывали. Еще и кровать очень скрипела. Плюс к тому ни одной чашки или стакана, даже зубы почистить превращается в проблему. Много езжу по миру, но такой негодный для проживания отель встречаю впервые. И советую проверить наличие туалетной бумаги в номере, у нас ее могло хватить только на таракана, кстати, они были в номере. После 22 часов отельный телефон не отвечает, пришлось поздно вечером искать магазин, чтобы купить там туалетную бумагу.

Rapporto qualità prezzo buona la camera era ben riscaldata da un termosifone ma aveva anche il condizionatore ed è fornita di un televisore smart nel bagno c'era una doccia grande e l'asciugacapelli Appena arrivata il ragazzo che mi ha accolta è stato gentile e disponibile mi ha aiutato con la valigia ho soggiornato bene la stanza è silenziosa e si trova a due passi dal centro della movida non c'è la colazione ma nel cortile ci sono i distributori di caffè e alimenti

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The room they booked for us was in a basement where there was no air so it was impossible to breathe. When we arrived, we were offered a room on the top floor, but as we didn't want to be a nuisance so late at night, we accepted the room anyway. When we then realized that there was no air down there, the reception had closed. We had to keep the small window open which made it impossible to sleep at all because there were cars either driving very fast or idling right outside, people shouting, singing and played loud music. In the morning when I was in the bathroom, a large cockroach ran past me! We were going on a day trip early the next morning, so since the reception was closed, we packed up our things and I emailed the hotel that we wanted to change rooms. It was fine that they entered the room and moved our bag to another room. However, we received no response for the whole day. When we got home in the evening, I asked if they had seen our email and they replied that we have to pay an extra 10 euros to change rooms. I then again pointed out all this and that there were cockroaches in our room and that it was not ok. I also said that the day before we had been offered another room, but then I got the answer that "that was yesterday". As I didn't want to pay extra money to these scammers we had the lights on in the whole room all night to keep the cockroaches away and the window closed. It was then absolutely impossible to sleep because it was impossible to breathe and the whole room was lit. We are extremely dissatisfied with this accommodation which they call a hotel but there was not even water or breakfast here! Never stay at this place!
