VÁCI Fashion Street Apartment

I booked an apartment through one booking platform. According to the characteristics specified on the website, as well as in the confirmation email, the property was to accommodate us at 9 Vaci utca street. When we arrived in Budapest, the property accommodated us in another apartment ( changed the address) mentioning it as platform fault and confused the details and misinformed the client. I called her to request what we had reserved and paid and the lady from the accommodation was yelling and screaming at my wife on the phone at 9:30 p.m. The apartment was supposed to be soundproof, but it turned out to be completely different. The air conditioning units located on the inner wall of the block made an infernal noise, I almost slept in this location for 3 nights. In the reservation it was mentioned that we would have a view of the garden in reality it was not like that, as well as an elevator ( there is not).. The pictures mentioned on the website do not correspond to reality and I felt deceived, humiliated and mocked by this property that sells false illusions and treats customers in mockery. I do not recommend to anyone the bad experience lived for 3 days in this location.

Smerig. Overal dode kakkerlakken. Smerige dekbedden. Kapotte airco. Gaten in de deuren. Komt absoluut niet overeen met de foto's. Geen receptie dus heb direct contact gezocht met sales manager via whatsapp. Zeer onvriendelijk, zelfs agressief. Zijn direct weer vertrokken. Hier ga ik, ondanks de centrale ligging, nooit meer heen
