賓館位置不錯，房間大，衞生間乾濕分離，賓館自帶游泳池桑拿房，適合親子游。賓館健身房也不錯，可惜沒有帶運動鞋和運動衣褲，浪費了機會。賓館的飯店菜餚也不錯，早餐豐富。

還是可以噠

Pleasant stay. I enjoyed my experience in the hotel, only downside was it being far from the metro and not many activities around the hotel area.

酒店環境乾淨，服務良好，為地理位置偏遠，健身室偏小，早餐豐富多樣，是個很舒服的體驗。讚！

療養型酒店，地處郊區，去市中心要打車，但是空氣很好

位置好，交通便利，房間性價比高

還行，但是跟4星酒店標準比，有待提高 酒店亮點就是可以洗浴桑拿，我身體不適沒去體驗，大家去可以體驗一下

Ganz gut, bis auf Kleinigkeiten Da der 1.Mai ein Feiertag war konnte man die Zusatzangebote wie Massagen udg. nicht nutzen, da über die ganzen Tage keiner anwesend war. Das ist sehr schade. Denn genau zu solchen Tagen, nimmt man ein wenig Auszeit und würde gern sowas nutzen, aber ging nicht. Die Bar sollte am Samstag bis 22 Uhr offen haben. War aber bereits um ca. 20 Uhr geschlossen. Ansonsten war das Hotel ok. Essen war gut. Würden es aber auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Premetto che la recensione negativa è da dividere equamente fra hotel e Agoda, si sono rivelati una pessima combinazione di soggiorno e assistenza clienti. Avevo prenotato 4 camere per 6 persone dal 27/12 al 30/12/2024, poi uno dei partecipanti ha rinunciato ed ho comunicato entro i termini di Agoda la cancellazione di una delle stanze. Arrivati in hotel ricordo alla reception della cancellazione, questi in maniera sbrigativa rimandano la responsabilità ad Agoda, la quale interpellata rimanda ovviamente a mancanze dell’hotel. Per farla breve siamo al 1 marzo e nonostante continui solleciti, mail, tentativi di telefonate impossibili non ho ricevuto la benché minima risposta. Quindi assolutamente pessima esperienza. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel niente di che, ne trovate di migliori!

Comodo logisticamente per lavorare appena fuori città vicino alla statale camere decorose abbastanza ampie e pulite buona la spa inclusa nel soggiorno colazione intrigante ricca e varia il tutto ad un costo equo, il ristorante buono con cucina internazionale non troppo economico

We had a lovely stay at Rubin. Great spa, good breakfast of decent variety and great customer service. Special thanks to the night shift receptionist Leslie who should be promoted. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. Not only was the check-in process quick but he also gave us plenty of tips and recommendations for fun activities to do in Budapest, making our stay even more enjoyable.
