Island Hostel Budapest

Terrace is awesome, staff friendly. Vacak the cat is awesome too. This hostel is a great option to spend some time on the island, had a good night sleep and it was clean. Often though staff can be missing from the reception during the stated reception hours, and nearby is more of a party scene with few quality dining options. The 400ft Costa coffee capsules aren't exactly good either, so there is some space for improvement compared to some of the newer hostels in town.

Worth the money

리뷰에 한 고객이 부킹사고가 있다고 해서 긴장 했는데 , 참 좋았어요. 하루 잠시 쉬었다 가기엔 멋진 뷰와 투숙객 및 직원들 다 좋았고, 시설 또한 가격대비 좋았습니다. 특히 공원 한가운데 있어서 산책하기 좋았습니다. 다소 편의점이 없는점이 아쉬웠지만 리셉션에서 약간의 스낵을 살 수있었습니다. 강력추천합니다.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and lifeless, with a grumpy attitude. When we politely asked for two towels (as he himself had instructed us to do earlier), he sighed heavily as if we were bothering him. When he finally handed them over, we received just two towels for two people—one the size of a hand towel and the other only medium-sized. When I went back to point this out, he replied aggressively, claiming he had given us "two towels, one for each," even though they were clearly different in size. Absolutely disastrous customer service and overall experience. I do not recommend this place based on the rude behavior and lack of basic hospitality.

The staff were really kind and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I appreciated the personal lockers and overall safety. The common area was a nice place to relax and meet other travelers.

Everything is clean, there are plugs near every bed, WiFi, a big kitchen, fridge and oven. Also there's a terrace with a view to a Buda river. It's quite simple to find it on the map, you should go to the island and you walk 10 minutes and here you are :) Right in the centre
