"The hotel is located in the Port District of Ellis on the plateau. The location is OK and the traffic is very inconvenient. The room in the hotel is still clean and the light is still fresh. The restaurant equipment of the hotel, the lobby on the first floor is relatively fine. But the service attitude of the bar and coffee room and knee socks are OK, the staff service at the front desk and concierge is OK, as for the first floor of the restaurant landscape on the top floor, you can see the far view of the entire capital. The seaside, personally think this hotel hotel facilities are clean and staff service attitude is OK, it should be said It was Argentina's service attitude was slow, and it took 20 minutes to enter the restaurant to start counting the cards and water, but this is not the only problem with this hotel, the whole of Argentina is like this."
"This hotel is one of the most luxurious in BA and is located in a golden location. You can walk to the cemetery, and Hermes is across the road. The whole is indeed a palace style, very retro and beautiful, and the hotel that I live in NYC is much better. The service is quite satisfactory, and I can say that it is the service that this price hotel should have. Stayed here for a total of five nights, first-time arrival and imminent departure, bearing too many memories for me 🥺Will be back for sure"
"The only plus is the comfortable bed with snow-white linens. Everything else is only 3, and the service is generally 1. The hall is beautiful, from the outside the building looks entourage, but inside, on the floors, it’s terrible 🙉. The elevators are old, but they could be restored somehow. Everything on the floor is shabby. There are no slippers, no bathrobes, no kettle in the room and not even water. The refrigerator is empty! It’s damp, the smell is like visiting grandma in the village. What 5 stars?! What are you about?! The towel in the bathroom on top was gray, frayed with threads🤦♀️. I checked in late at night and went downstairs to ask for water. They brought me a small bottle and told me it would cost 1800 Argentine pesos😡! I didn’t take breakfast, but the next morning I decided to try it. I asked at the reception if it was possible? Yes of course without problems. The choice is poor. Only scramble and hot bacon. Baking is not very good🥴. As soon as I sat down at the table, a girl came running up to me and asked for my number, then she started shaking papers in front of me and saying that I didn’t have breakfast. I calmly replied that I was aware. She started writing the price, but I already knew. 20450 pesos. She ran away, but then came running again with checks for me to sign. Is this generally normal for this level of hotel?! As if I would run away and not cry! Breakfast was ruined and so was my mood. Imagine my surprise when, at check-in, I was given a bill for 61 thousand pesos😡😡😡! What it was, I don't know. But then the girl asked how many times did I have breakfast?! Do you even work there separately from each other?! Ugliness! The neighboring 3-star hotel did not have such horror! I had breakfast calmly, I just wrote down the room number and that’s it. When leaving, I calmly paid. I left my suitcase for a couple of days, and only then read reviews about thefts. I was worried, but thank you 🙏 everything turned out fine. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances, there are others nearby that are more expensive and cheaper, but definitely better!"

"Health can be, location safe area, convenient to eat, the only problem is that there are at least 5 mirrors in the room, I have not encountered them in China, a little cautious. It’s fine to live in the habit, I blocked the mirror with something."

"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it has a simple breakfast and a very good breakfast. Iogurts, juice, water, peach, banana, meat, medals, puma bread, full bread, cake, mexed eggs, salsichone, cereals, powder chocolate, milk, coffee. We went out and arrived at the hotel with excellent work by the cleaning staff. The floor we stayed was retired, however, did not catch up with sleep or good experience. Thanks!! ¡Thank you for everything!"

"По сравнению с другими отелями в этом районе, номера действительно просторные. Это единственный плюс. Полотенца и белье серые, несвежие. Завтраки континентальные, то есть практически ничего нет. Тост, масло, джем, хлопья. Выпечка отвратительная, засохшая и несвежая. Интернет работает только в лобби. В номерах постоянно отключается. По утрам какой-то шум в коридоре, как будто начинают уборку в 7.00. Не рекомендую."

Amazing
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Amazing
LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit. It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

Great
JJayneHow a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables.
Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons.
A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7.
Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7.
Right next to Florida Calle for money changing.
Closest subway is 2 minutes away.
Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer.
I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia.
Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Thanks Che Juan Hostel.

MMikhail GraboI had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .

Very Good
VVegeVery quiet at night, very comfortable with an open-air balcony, great location, many supermarket restaurants around. The floor of the room is a little dusty, but it does not affect the overall accommodation experience. It is more suitable for passengers who stay for several days. The kitchenette can get some things to eat. The spare parts provided are the simplest basic, but the smell of shampoo, hair care, and shower gel is very relaxing.
The only drawback is that the way and process of check-in are very crashing. I almost have to give up and change to other homes. Because the two indoor phones on the hotel notification letter cannot be dialed, the reservation number of the network check in is also wrong, resulting in the inability to check in online. At the beginning, the platform side could not get a connection until I asked for a refund, because my arrival time had exceeded the front desk off work time (5:00 pm), and it was impossible to process the check-in after arriving at the scene. Fortunately, the platform side helped me get the accommodation side's what's app. The accommodation party should provide what's app directly in the first notification letter, which is convenient for instant contact, otherwise for tourists who have been flying and transiting, they can only connect through the indoor phone, and no one will serve after the time, which is really inconvenient.

LLilashaktiThe hotel doesn’t have a front desk, make sure you book in advance and contact them through the app to get your access keys codes.
Their registered phone number on trip doesn’t work and they will send you a message that the number is compromised.
The hotel name isn’t reflected on the building name, follow their picture to locate it.
The facility is decently maintained, we didn’t see traces of humidity such as fungus or paint peeling.
The toilet sink needs to be unclogged.
Towels, Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper are provided, but no other toiletries.
Kitchen has basic utensils, no microwave.
The place is warm with direct sunlight.
It has two AC with hot air that work well.
It has a nice balcony area.
Not much noise from the road at night, at least it didn’t disturb me personally.
There is a screen person who reminds everyone to close the door at the main entrance.
I didn’t meet the staff in person but exchange communication trough the app and email provided by them for registration and others.
I would stay again.

SshawndaikiLocation, location, location.
Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

LLady Kwenadi🚫 SCAM ALERT at Art Factory Soho, Buenos Aires 🚫
While staying at Art Factory Soho in Buenos Aires, a man contacted me via WhatsApp and told me I had to pay $50 before he would give me the code to my room.
I asked other people who had stayed there, and they all confirmed: no one else had to pay any $50. That’s when I realized — this man was trying to scam me.
This kind of thing should never happen at a hotel. There was no warning, no protection, and no accountability. I would not recommend staying here. You should feel safe when you travel — not targeted.
I have attached screenshots for proof.
Whether you're planning a business trip or a vacation, Buenos Aires has many top-rated hotels to choose from. Broadway Hotel & Suites, Gran Hotel Argentino and Up Tribeca are among the best choices for your stay.
