"The neighborhood is super well located and dynamic, close to everything!
The roof top, swimming pool and bar are great, but the view is a little spoiled by the buildings being built around.
The staff is very welcoming and responds quickly to any request.
Pay attention to breakfast times, if you are unfortunate enough to show up at 10:01 a.m., you will not be entitled to any coffee...
The rooms are comfortable, equipped with a small individual terrace, very practical, but we did not have hot water pressure in the shower, which is a shame.
The neighborhood is nice
And we never had a problem parking for free around the hotel during our entire stay.
I recommend !"
"Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: This luxury hotel brand is renowned for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Guests often comment on the friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room they gave us was not good enough, it looks like aback-up room when the hotel is almost fully booked. No towels in the room. The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile. I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive. I highly recommend it."
"This hotel was definitely amongst some of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
There were many positives to name so I'll start off with the building itself: quietly situated near a residential area with food and shopping nearby.
The hotel has its own underground garage, though spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, but still, to have an on-site guest parking is definitely a huge thumbs up.
The room was immaculately clean, well decored, with a generous sized living and washroom, and also a lovely balcony which was a bonus.
The breakfast buffet was very good too, had a lot of selections, very enjoyable food and a live kitchen for all your omlette needs. I'd go as far as saying the breakfast is definitely worth paying for, and is far better than some higher branded chains that I'd been to.
The only drawback, and I'm only really nitpicking here, was the wash the basin. Because of the way the basin was designed, it's almost level flat, so when brushing teeth, the waste just sits there which can be frustrating. The other issue I found was, the shower cubicle isn't really watertight, so you're left with a puddle of water for everytime a shower is taken.
But like I said, these are just all nitpicks and doesn't in anyway deter from the fact that the hotel is deserved of a 5* review.
So the question remains for me to ask is, would I stay here again? Of course I would. Would I recommened friends and family? In a heartbeat!
Well done Best Western Premier, Malta 👏🏽. Keep up the good work."
"The location of the hotel is outstanding—perfectly situated and close to everything you could need. The hotel itself is spacious, elegant, and offers plenty to enjoy. Our room was beautifully maintained, with stunning views and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurants delivered excellent food and service. We especially enjoyed the pool area and spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Most importantly, every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful, warm, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr Moataz Gharib and to Denis, Rabi, Janahat and all those who made a stay Amazing. We appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta—it truly exceeded our expectations."
"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great perk. The atmosphere was pleasant, and many little details made the stay even better. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely come back!"

"Reception:
All the staff at the reception we met were really helpful and were all cordial. After we checked out, I noticed that I forgot my phone charger, I called at the reception and the receptionist checked with the housekeeping and kept the charger at the reception for me to collect later on.
Main Restaurant:
There wasn't a large variety of food compared to other hotels in Malta but everything was really good. The chefs were checking every couple of minutes to see what had finished and replaced the food accordingly. Waiters were all exceptional except one person which forgot to take our drink orders and we kept waiting until the 3rd time we asked for the drinks, another waiter requested our order again and gave us the drinks complementary, which we really appreciated.
Room:
Room was small but still felt like home and had all the amities we wanted. Flat TV screen with channels such as Italia 1, Canale 5, HGTV, Boomerang, Cartoon Network and much more. Mirror in the room and also in the bathroom. A couple of clothes hangers. Bed was comfortable and spacious. On each side of the bed there were 2 usb ports and a plug to charge any appliances. Coffee, tea, milk and kettle in the room. The only thing that I preferred to have is 2 sets of soaps rather than 1 only (due that we were 2 people) or maybe instead of soaps one would use refilled bottles such as the shampoo bottle that there was attached in the shower. Suggest that the shampoo is clearly labeled due that the word shampoo was a bit small to read.
Housekeeping:
Were all gentle and helpful. Regarding the fact that we stayed for 2 nights only, we informed the cleaners that there is no need for cleaning of the room but requested towel change and some milk pods which they immediately provided us with."
"Nice hotel, with a fancy lobby. Clean large room with ocean view. Excellent place to stay.
The village is not very historic with scattered shops and restaurants. But overall a nice area.
We recommend the Xemxija Hill Heritage Walk and Fort Campbell to explore non tourist stuff!"

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was impressive and super comfortable. We took the one that contains 2 bedrooms. It has also 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It is not close to valletta or st. julian neighborhood with public transportation but with taxi yes. We found everything that we need. It has a rooftop with a good sunrise view also.
BBorjadevvThe hotel staff was great, helping us at all times with parking and the areas to visit. My wife was pregnant and they provided us with food options adapted to her at all times, the beds were very comfortable and the area, despite being a party area, did not make any noise.
GGuest UserI took a room with breakfast package (which is clearly marked when booking on the site) + proof on my receipt but I was told that breakfast is not included. I did show the receipt indicating this but the information the hotel received was not correct indicating that no breakfast. They don't want to hear too much. Anyway, so as not to make a fuss about it, I said OK.
If I knew, I took another formula. A little disappointing from trip.com
__oliverh_Gym 1/5 - access to the Caniflor Hotel gym, sister hotel is given, but the equipment is all old, broken or insufficient. Better to just go to the outdoor park.
Sauna 3/5 - again at Caniflor hotel, but need to ask to use in advance. I didn’t end up using - but it looked OK.
Sleep - 2/5 - mattress springs were a bit worn, could hear the water pipes most of the night.
Breakfast - 3/5 passable breakfast, at the price point of the hotel, it’s good value. Bread, some salad, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, some fruit, eggs, beans, bacon and sausages. Coffee and juices to drink.
Beach - Just the rocky beaches of St Paul’s nearby.
Staff very friendly
GGuest UserVery mixed evaluation. The hotel is good and very well located, however:
- the staff is not often there. We told Maria at reception that our mini-bar was not cooling. Answer, a mini-bar does not cool. We of course had two rooms and in the other, it was completely cold, even too cold. By moving the electrical outlet, it worked. It was reported but no one ever came.
- room cards that didn't work three times. Every time we pass, we are told that this happens and the third time, we are told that it is because the tourist tax is not paid. Ironically, we went to reception twice to do this but were told later.
- incredible noise in the hotel. The hotel receives groups of young teenagers and they are hellish, we couldn't really sleep until 1-2am.
- if you want to reach the reception, pray that your room is with the new facilities. My daughter got a new room and we got a less new one. The telephone did not work and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done.
Otherwise the hotel is good, comfortable, the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We hesitated with the Seaview and ultimately regretted it.
Despite the hotel's good points, we won't be coming back there again, that's for sure.
SSandra Sánchez RedínThe simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly.
MMaciej GrzegorzMy place to stay when I visit Malta (on regular basis). It’s not a royal accommodation but serves everything what’s needed for travelers like me.
The service is great and easy going.
And location has all it’s needed for people who like the vibe of Malta.
GGuest UserClean and welcoming environment. Normal breakfast inside the structure on the ground floor. Small terrace pool. Nearby many pubs and restaurants. Room on the top floor 5th
AAmandaThe self catering accommodation is pretty basic but had everything I needed. Location is great, just a few minutes from seafront, national aquarium and bus station with good links to rest of malta. Its worth noting that check in is done at sister hotel Canifor. Not the quietest of places to stay but the walls are thick
