L'hôtel est très bien placé au cœur de la vieille ville. Tout peut se faire à pied tranquillement. Et la terrasse offre une superbe vue sur la ville. Les lits sont grands mais le matelas est dur. L'hôtel est calme. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons eu des coupures d'eau tous les jours et, à chaque fois, au moment de prendre notre douche (comme dans toute la ville a priori). La réception nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau pour se laver. Le petit déjeuner est complet, copieux et bon. Mais le tout manque d'authenticité et de sérieux.

Great location with lovely view from window. Friendly receptionist but did not accept credit card. Decent breakfast. Take care if getting taxi here late at night from railway station as it is impossible to get to hotel by road and requires a walk. No real problem but make sure you know exact location of hotel.

There was no elevator or doorman to carry language, since there were stairs to climb the hotel. Un equipped rooms with no toothbrush, room slippers etc. Moreover, there was no one on reception & no intercom in the room, in fact no one at your service. Plus restaurant’s food was also not good.

На забронированный неделей ранее номер, разместили других гостей. Приезжаем в гостиницу, а номера нет. В ужасном состоянии пришлось срочно искать другую гостиницу. При этом персонал вел себя очень грубо и не пытался разрулить ситуацию.

Hotel is beautiful and located in the center of old Bukhara. Staff is lovely. View from the terrace of the hotel is unrepeatable. Breakfasts were delicious and rich with varieties. Price is affordable and worth of stay. I highly appreciate their hard work and dedication to guests

The hotel itself was okay, and in a good position, but we had 3 nights of staff who just didn't give a cr@p about their guests - unless their guests were Uzbek nationals. Most of the time the kids who seem to be running this place were either too busy on theerir mobile phones to do anything, or were simply hanging around in their office chatting. Don't stay here also if you are expecting a bar - although it has one, the staff would only open it up for locals. When I enquired at the front desk it was "no bar". So I went up to the rooftop to check it out - one of the the hotel staff was just chilling out on his mobile phone and wasn't interested. A part of Uzbeks turned up later and the staff opened up the bar for them. Room service was also pretty spotty - plenty of missing items that should have been there - hair dryer, kettle, toilet paper, etc. There are plenty of other decent hotel choices in the vicinity - I'd recommend on ogf them instead.
