"١. نفدت كمية الصابون السائل في الزجاجة، فاتصلتُ بموظف الاستقبال الساعة ١١ مساءً. وعدوا بالحضور الساعة ٨ صباحًا من اليوم التالي، لكنهم لم يأتوا. حتى عامل النظافة الذي كان يُنظّف الغرفة لم يُجدّد الصابون... عليّ الاتصال مجددًا، وعندها فقط يقومون هم بذلك. ٢. أثناء الإفطار في ٣ مايو، أثناء أخذ الطعام، سألتني نادلة (وهي الوحيدة) عن رقم غرفتي أمام الضيوف الآخرين، مع أن النادل كان قد وضع علامة صح عليه عند دخولي المقهى... لم يُعجبني هذا، وكان مُحرجًا وجعلني أشعر وكأنني مُخادع. يجب تدريبهم على ذلك."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was mesmerising. Before reaching the balcony from the living room, there is a mosquito net door which can prevent insects from entering the unit while enjoying cool air from the outside. The unit was newly renovated and is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access. The unit was exactly as advertised, new and clean. There are lots of cooking appliances than expected- rice cooker, steamer, air fryer, steamboat pot, basic pots and pans etc. Kitchen utensils and basic cooking seasoning like sugar, salt, pepper and oil are available. The water dispenser functioned well and we enjoyed the drip coffees too. There are also board games in the living room. On the shelf above the dining table, there are Wi-Fi, projector and a speaker which is linked to the smart home system. There are two bedrooms and a small stand fan in each bedroom. Both rooms have enough hangers and a mirror on the wall each. Two bathrooms available and they are equipped with shampoos, LED mirror and ventilation fan."

"I like the apartment due to its location on top of the hill and the view from the balcony is just astounding and superb. On the other hand, the kitchen amenities on kitchen area and table are a bit outdated. Anyway, I really enjoy on the trip and the apartment location."
