Parrot lodge stay was a very pleasant experience. The location and rooms were nice. The staff at the lodge were excellent. Ntabiso is an amazing man! Goes out of his way to make to make the stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you all for the positive experience. We shall be back! Anyone travelling to Byo, I highly recommend this place for your next holiday. Keep it up.

My second Parrot Inn stay Sep, 2022 Front desk personnel, Noma, in particular was amazing. She listened to all my requests and room needs. She cooked and served my breakfast with a big smile. The manager was very professional and hands on. He loves people. Very happy guy. Security guards were great.

All the staff was friendly & rooms were "African" and nice. Once we faced with guard dogs and had a problem, but staff helped us, no worry. Some room were without refrigerator, but the staff also coped with that. We were staying without breakfast, but we got some service thanks to the reception. We appreciate a lot.

The most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever met. The place is nice, rooms clean and breakfast was very nice. I highly recommend the place. I am definitely coming back. The location is very good and a quiet place.

The Lodge is in a perfect location, so clean and secure. Staff are really nice, always ready to help with a smile, and the nature around the lodge compound is breath taking. Brilliant stay all round. I recommend this lodge to anyone travelling to Bulawayo

Very good service. The staff were very accommodating and assisted and helped tremendously. Breakfast and room service were in top order. Will be visiting again during the year and will be booking at Parrot Lodge without a doubt.

This is really a great place: very spacious rooms. The breakfast was good. The greatest asset to this place is the staff. They are very service oriented. The lodge is near the highway and you are very quick in the city center as well as other parts of the city the safety bos good as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parrot lodge. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional. The ambience was so nice, it's a quiet and peaceful place. Kudos to Ntabiso , he has excellent guest care.

The hotel provided very good service and there are niice paintings on the wall. The manager offered great suggestions to us when we wanted to explore Bulawayo during a very short stay. All negotiations went on nicely.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Parrot Lodge. The staff was very gentle and caring and the room was comfortable and clean. If you like animals, you are going to feel well accompanied by some of them during your stay. The only thing I would suggest is that it should be possible for foreigners to settle with international credit card, as USD cash is not an easy item to obtain locally in Zim. I would definitively reccomend it as a nice and safe place to stay in Bulawayo.
