Great location for the nearby universal studios. I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving. Other than that, it was a fine hotel.
