There is always Gendarme police nearby because the Turkish Embassy is right next to our building.One of the best locations in the city.There is a free map with the most of "must-see" places in Burgas left in the flat for you to use!For bikers, please ask for info of different routes.I always recommend ROUTE 1 for families with kids.Burgas – Atanasovsko Lake – Ancient and medieval port and fortress, residential quarter Sarafovo – Thracian tomb Heroon (campsite Evropa)It is safe, less than 1h ride and the route goes around the coast of the Black Sea.Real center of the city/As the locals call it "Super Center" with peaceful and beautiful streets, historic landmarks, unique Sea Garden and lots of fun places! The neighbours are pleasant. Our neighbourhood is the most prestigious - the most expensive houses with unique style in Burgas are located in the area.Everything is close-by. No car is needed. Public bike rentals are available for 1lv all over the place. Public Transportation is 1.5lv.- available near by /no need unless traveling to the nearby historic coastal cities!/ or Mall Galeria.
