Het eten was weeral uitstekend. Service perfect. Onthaal zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Normally, we enjoy using the pool in this hotel, but not this time. To our surprise, some people (man, children) of Arabic origin were swimming with their clothes in the pool. They were wearing ordinary T-shorts (not suited for pools), leading to an non-hygienic situation (due to sweat and dirt in the clothes). We informed a lady at the reception about this and she promised to do something about it. However, the day after, exactly the same people were swimming again in the pool with their cloths on. Apparently, the hotel management was not able to remedy the situation. They could have put clear signs on the door of the swimming pool indicating that only normal swimming suits are allowed (and expel people from the hotel who don't follow the rules). So, because of this situation, we will not book at this hotel again. Also, nobody from the hotel staff was ever checking the situation at the pool. The hygienic situation in the rest of the hotel was also very poor because dogs are allowed here. So, if you get a room, you can be certain that there are bacteria, hairs, etc from dogs still in the room, because the carpets in the rooms can never be cleaned 100 %. A solution to this situation could be to reserve some "dirty" rooms only for people with dogs and keep the clean rooms for people without dogs.

Nice hotel roughly 2000 meter away from ànd the beach ànd the historical center of Burgh-Haamstede. The Hotel is pretty large so doesn’t really have a romantic holiday vibe to it. Breakfast is good, restaurant okay, staff friendly and professional

Friendly personnel during ther entire stay. The hotel is wll located , only like 2 km from the coast - walking distance. There a few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large parking area, including EV charging. The rooms are spatious and clean. We did not eat in the hotel as we went out to another place so I can't judge the food in the hotel. Dogs are aloud in the hotel and even in the bar so they can stay with us. Overall good experience.

Nice place, friendly staf, diner was very good. Breakfast notting to complain. Bar: clean the tables and menu-cart please!! About the room. Large room not cleaned well! Stains on carpet bathroom was dirty. Dust everywhere!!!

We had another wonderful stay in this luxurious and spacious hotel. Everything was perfect again, from the welcome to the food and enjoying the various facilities like the fitness, sauna and pool. We will come again!

Grand Hotel Ter Duin is a grand hotel in peaceful surroundings - but what happened to the balconies? Our balcony was dirty and dusty, with a table and some chairs scattered around, and a full ash tray on the table. We left a complaint at the front desk on the first day, asking if it would be possible to clean up the balcony, but when we left after three days the full ash tray was still there. It was not a nice place to sit, but with a clean table, a clean floor, some cushions and maybe a lantern it would have been lovely! Why don't they make the most of this space, I wonder? Also be aware that you don't sign anything when ordering drinks at the bar and put it on the room, so anyone can use your room number if you don't pay attention. We ended up paying for drinks we didn't have, but found out too late. Didn't want an argument with the staff.

Did not like the room, too 'business', not a nice view outside (building), did not like the restaurant (no windows), always the same menu, not much choice. The food was average, the bar was very nice to sit.

Nicly located place, god space in the rooms with two balconies, very good and big bed, a sitting Ares with armchais and tavle. All very clean. The only thing we missed, was a little fridge with water in the room. Friendly serviceminded staff.

Excellent hotel,beautiful room and great breakfast! Also the bed was perfect. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and everything was clean. There is a lot to do and a great wellness center.

Beautiful hotel that certainly had seen better times. Some corners need to be renovated,but a very nice flair. Spacious room. Modern bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Room was very quiet. Tee and coffee on the room. Floor and toilet weren't cleaned properly, the shelf was very sticky. Big Swimmingpool and small sauna. Topp. Cosy and spacious lobby. Tables weren't the cleanest,but the waiters were friendly and tried their best. Nice food and wine. We'll come back. Very friendly and competent pepole at the reception.

Everything was perfect, the room, the hotel, the service in the restaurant and lounge. The only things that could improve is the check-in and cleaning of the bathroom. At the check-in they told us the room was ready, we still had to wait untill 3 o'clock. That was not a good start. We loved to be there,!

The staff is very helpful - the diner and breakfast was very good. The personnel at the bar are not very organised : normally you get a snack when ordering a drink between 5pm and 6pm but we did not get it ... although we asked for it.

I went for my Birthday. I have travelled extensively with work. I wanted to treat myself. The staff are the worst I have come across. Rude, Ignore you argue with you. I have never approached a reception with three people behind the desk and been ignored. Then to have them be rude to me was terrible. This place has a pool and nice decore but don not expect anything else. Very disappointed in something I was looking forward too so much. The staff are terrible. Unhelpful and are not willing to help. Dont stay here
