The governor and Evelyn (the governor's governor) and not forgetting Baxter! All make this b&b with bar and dining, outstanding from the wonderful cooked breakfast to the delicious and very generous evening meals. The whole establishment is run on generosity ,care and gracious consideration.

Fantastic village pub with great hosts Grant and Evelyn. The food is fantastic never had a bad meal ever and Evelyn and the locals go out of their way to welcome you. Was my husbands birthday and a cake was brought to him with candles and the whole pub sang happy birthday. You have to book for meals but everything is fresh and hot and real chips as well.

The best restaurant I have been to in my whole life. The food is great and I have made great friends here. The owners are the nicest people ever! I have never used the hotel but my parents have and say it is amazing!! Great for family meals and for a drink!!

This is a small hotel with lovely people. The landlords Grant & Evelynn are friendly and professional. From the out side it looks small but inside is like the Tardis. The local people are friendly and will chat with you. The food is absolutely knock out (fish platter) something else. I would recommend to any one.

A warm and friendly welcome by the owners. Small but very nice double room with lovely views over the bay. Everything spotlessly clean. Very tasty evening meal and fantastic cooked breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and found it great value for money.

Friendly, welcoming hosts for this early evening supper. Uncomplicated menu, good local pub offering good hospitality to visitors and their obviously loyal local following. Hosting pool players on this particular evening which all added to the feeling of being a real place for real people! Thank you for your hospitality.
