I am giving it a five because it is a quiet and comfortable place with a cool vibe, a great breakfast with many choices, and a very friendly and helpful owner who provided top-notch service. When it was raining, she offered alternative ideas for our day activities - and always provided ideas and recommendations for dinner.

Love this place! Linda let me check in early and was fantastic, gave me great tips on restaurants and is the ultimate hostess. The inn is quirky and fun, each room has great character. Located in a quiet and nice part of town, full of lovely grande homes. Great ambience. Fantastic views of Lake Champlain from the cupola. I highly recommend!
