A short business trip to Burnaby. The hotel was ideally located to many eateries nearby as well as to the Metropolis at Metrotown. Rooms were well appointed and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday of the week.

I stayed there for 8 nights. The services were very poor, totally no amentiies, no bottle water supplied except the day I checked in (even after requesting to the front desk staff). They even did not clean my room and change the towels for 2 nights. Very disappointed and I will never want to use the Hilton hotels any more.

Location, pool and hot tub were the best parts of our experience. However The Hilton was not able provide the king room we had booked and paid for. We were put in a room with two double bed. The fridge in the the room had found a half bitten bun in it and there was also a dirty face towel on one of the beds.

Great location, easy access to a food court downstairs and also the Metropolis mall. Service is great, we requested for some toiletries and they came very fast. Easy to use app to communicate with the staff there, they are very friendly as well! Love the buffet breakfast, waitress was nice. The only downsides are the pools are bit small and not the cleanest we have seen. The gym is small comparing to the size of the hotel.

Thank you for making our Anniversary experience a memorable one - even though you weren't responsible for the snow that we woke up to - it was a nice cap to a wonderful staycation. The staff we encountered were great and very helpful. We found the room clean and had a pretty cool view too. Thanks again!

Location is good coz it is close to skytrain station and malls. The room is too dark, even though we are allocated with a corner room. More lighting should be added. Dirt is found along the edge of carpet.
