"Very good hotel, the environment is very good, the staff service is warm and friendly. There is a small hot spring (which is actually a small swimming pool) and comes with free fruit tea and fruit. There are many places to play around, suitable for self-driving or cycling The only thing I felt a little downside was the bed was a bit small, the two of us slept a bit crowded, the introduction was a twin room but the bed was actually small Breakfast was great! highly recommended! Perfect English breakfast"

"Lovely premier Inn free parking across the road didn’t have much interaction with the staff. Room was lovely bed was massive even with a 6ft 3 sleeping in it ! Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice."

"This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money. Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room. Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower. Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star."

"Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below."

"Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation. One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers."

"Stayed here as part of a wedding being held at the venue - which during the week is a business venue. Room was clean. Matress was very worn and sloping down on one side. Also very hot in the rooms with no air conditioning. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Bacon, eggs, sausage but served in very small dishes so two people would take most and others would need to wait for the food to be replenished. For the full english, some hash browns would have been good. Friend had to wait 15 minutes, after plating up, for vegetarian sausages. Would have been nice for some of those to have been put out too."
