This hotel is situated in an area which is not much different from a construction site where there are demolition and construction works in villas in the vicinity. The access road to the hotel was broken by heavy machinery on Friday 31 May afternooon, just shortly after we arrived. No action was taken by the hotel to stop such nor to remove sharp broken concrete slab.
This hotel should NOT have started operation until works in the vicinity are completed.
Because of the adverse environment, I cut the two-night stay to just one night even I have paid for two nights.

在一個別墅羣最裡麪，後面是一個沒建設完的土院子停車場，吃飯不方便走很遠，不如訂下面吃飯多熱鬧的集中區，服務態度一般不熱情，退房後打電話説要開發票居然説我定的房間便宜沒有發票，我怎麼就便宜了，我也從攜程官網花了1000多訂的，後來居然掛我電話，找攜程客服給我解決了問題，對於經常出來旅遊的我基本住宿都是舒適型酒店和民宿，沒想到遇到這種情況，不建議大家選這家，這片別墅羣在右面半山上這麪普遍冷清沒有下面熱鬧方便，要説安靜吧，不知道其他家咋樣，我住停車場這麪原以為安靜可是外面有水管受水壓影響一段時間發出蜂鳴聲，鬧心，總之別墅這邊是半成品好多家在日夜趕工裝修可能要趕在十一營業，希望大家謹慎選擇，離公交車站遠腿腳不好慎選，真心建議大家。

房間就在賈登峪遊客中心門口，很近
酒店門口目前在修路，不是很好找，給老闆打電話問路老闆會耐心給指路。
酒店後面有一大片可以停車的地方。
老闆免費給升級了房，體驗感非常好，性價比高

在一區別墅民宿羣最裡麪，旁邊的路在修，臨近房子在裝修，路面有段土路。房間衞生不大乾淨，馬桶水台都污垢。好在離門票站直通車不遠，走路十多分鐘，還算可以

老闆特別好，本來定的地下室，老闆看我們帶着孩子，免費給我們升級到2樓，酒店旁邊的風景也好，適合拍大片，晚上廣場還有篝火晚會，超級好玩

必須全五星好評！特別感謝前台大帥哥。起大早免費送我們去賈登峪停車場服務中心，因為我們的行李很重，解決了我們的困擾。我們本是退房去白哈巴的，結果門票沒弄明白沒去成，導致我們沒地方呆，天很冷的，就打電話給前台帥哥，竟允許我們回去賓館呆著，我們住的原房間人家已經打掃乾淨了，我們又呆到下午兩點多才去趕車。真的太感謝啦！讓我們的新疆行倍感温暖！祝老闆生日興隆！！！財源廣進！！！

我們去的時候正好是旅遊旺季，酒店不好找，周圍都在建設，再一個比較偏的位置，當時覺得這個價位再賈登峪算是比較划算的，我們搶的這個房間是半地下室，有個小窗，房間挺大的，沒有空調晚上還感覺冷，老闆給我們開了暖氣，但是老是跳閘，老闆是個小帥哥，人很好
