Hotel is pretty new, located in between Seoymeon and Beomnaegol Station. Check in smoothly and there is no hotel card provided. Hotel room key using phone to connect door digital lock. Room spacious can easily open two big luggage. Im quite happy with the stays.

This place is good to stay with all new furnitures and equipments. In terms of service quality, the girls at the Reception are not up-to-standard and one of her response is a bit rude to us, except the boy who is eager in helping us upon the self check-in device.
But the most awful part is the breakfast. It’s totally ridiculous that I never ate such quality of food and atmosphere - out of food without prompt re-fill but guests were seeking for food and waiting for nothing, not enough table for guests (everybody hunted for table by ourselves), no service at all.
Although the hotel price was saying breakfast included, I’d rather breakfast is optional with additional cost.

The room is big and clean and breakfast food items don't have too much but they all fresh and delicious, the location is quite good with many restaurants and shops around and close to subway.

Great location to trains, shops. Easy collection points close for tours. Very interesting district. 7/11 next door as well as small mart. Room was great design. Did not include cooking utensils. 2 cups only for coffee. Need to purchase all other. Cleaning was on basis of booking in. Staff very helpful an friendly. View from 29th floor excellent. Gym equipment was good.

Arrived in Busan at 9:00 in the morning, dragged my luggage to the hotel to check in. Because it was not yet 3:00, I could only put my luggage in the lobby, but no one greeted me. When I put down my luggage, no one gave me a luggage tag, so I must not put valuables in my luggage. Because of the mobile key, I used my mobile phone to unlock the door. On the surface, it was very convenient, but we actually experienced that the electric door lock had no power, and the door could not be opened or locked. Fortunately, I had planned to check out, otherwise it would be very troublesome and blocked my schedule for today. The hotel is conveniently located. You can get to it from Beomnaegok Station, Exit 8, and walk forward on the ground. Although the room has cooking facilities, we can't use them because we don't use house keeping. We put the garbage at the door in the morning, and it was still there when we came back at night. I believe that no one patrolled the floor 🙂↕️, the room is very big, and the soundproofing is ok! There are not many breakfast varieties, and the refill speed is slow, but as a picky eater, the portion is enough for me
